The story of conquest of this project goes beyond the initial objectives of SX, and ended up impacting also productivity indicators, such as the reduction of 50% of the evaluation time, the increase of three times in the volume of monitorships performed, and a great growth in the application of feedbacks, going from 50 to 90%. The project was so successful that it won the 2nd Weduka-x Award, 20/21 edition, Weduka’s initiative that annually awards the best cases of those who use the platform to positively impact people and businesses.
